Most companies use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to quickly sort through resumes.
These systems check for skills, experience, and education that match the job ad.
Don’t list too many skills just to hit every requirement—it might make employers question your real abilities. If your job title isn’t clear, change it so it clearly shows what you did.
If your job had lots of different tasks, only mention the ones that matter for the job you want. Tailor your resume for each job and focus on roles that really suit you. And remember, bolding words won’t help with ATS.
