Breaking the pattern of unemployment or underemployment is the program goal for KeelMaster. This program recognizes that continued failure is a certainty, unless informed intervention is applied. It also recognizes that change is easier when confronted in a community rather than in isolation. The program will recognize and address barriers as well as recognize and leverage strengths.

KeelWings
This dynamic program assists recent graduates who lack prior practical experience to practice the essential skills that qualify them for employment.

KeelMate
Like the KeelWings program, the goal for this program is to assist workers with attaining new skills and experiences. The difference is KeelMate is focused entirely on assisting seasoned professionals who are transitioning from one field to another.
